| Actual 15-day Meristem Cultures |
Well, today out of 26 total test tube cultures, 2 failed to grow and 3 grew but had fungus contamination. So my overall success rate is over 80% and growth rate is 92% . Not bad at all!

| 15-Day Meristem Culture -- Too Beautiful For Words! Media was MS basal salts with 1mg/L thiamine, 3% sugar, 1.7mg/L BAP and solidified with 2g/L gellum gum. Used Parafilm™ to seal the Magenta™ 25mm polypropylene caps to the test tubes. |
